Christian Alternative band, The Afters, were formed by Starbucks employees in 2000. They were originally known as Blisse, releasing an EP and an album under that moniker before finding out there was another band with the same name. After changing their name to The Afters and making a name for themselves in the Dallas music scene, they scored a deal with Epic Records.
Their latest CD release and single of the same title, “Never Going Back To OK” was released in February 2008, and has already topped the Christian Contemporary charts at #1.
